WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Please note that the warranty for any item purchased from our store may become void if it is damaged (due to negligence, improper use, or regular wear and tear), altered, inadequately maintained, stored, or mishandled by the user. We will individually assess all specific concerns regarding our products that fail to meet customer satisfaction on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that the warranty does not encompass any product that is damaged or arrives with defects as a result of:

• Accidents, misuse, or abuse
• Alterations made to the product
• Normal wear and tear*
• Improper assembly using incorrect tools

*Please understand that normal wear and tear, such as minor abrasions or slight color fading that naturally occurs over time with regular use, are signs of aging that products may exhibit and are not covered under warranty. Returns will not be accepted for similar situations or reasons.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

Every single product from Mighty Buns Athletics undergoes a rigorous quality control procedure, as we hold our items to the highest standards. We proudly offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects, ensuring that our products meet your expectations.

On the off chance that you experience a manufacturing defect on any item (such as broken stitching or other damage upon arrival), you can return it for a complete replacement within one year of purchase.
